NtripClient designed for Java.
With this Client you can upgrade your RTK Rover to Ntrip. To GPS receiver
connection you can using serial data cable or Bluetooth.

InspectRTCM supports RTCA and CMR |

The InspectRTCM tool is undergoing a
permament development process (like all our software). Additionally to the decoding
of RTCM data it now supports RTCA data (in NovAtel and SISNeT format) and CMR.
InspectRTCM - a useful software tool for GNSS service providers and their
customers.
For interested customers we offer a test version of InspectRTCM free of charge.
