The introduction and standardization of the Ntrip protocol has changed the
way of GNSS data transport and providing. Besides to significant cost
advantages in the networking of reference stations (via DSL-data lines)
the Ntrip technology provides a solution for the distribution of DGPS
correction data to an unlimited number of users using commercial GPRS
terminals.
Due to significant cost reductions and the new technical possibilities
of the Internet data communication it might be cost effective for current
users of a GNSS service to provide the GNSS correction data themselves.
Alberding GNSS solutions and the Ntrip technology make GNSS data
providing simple and efficient.
Since 2003 Alberding GmbH works in the field of GNSS data
data providing via Internet. In cooperation with the company IPMS GmbH we
offer the NtripS 05 GNSS data server, a turn-key solution for the upgrade
to a Ntrip reference station. In addition to the NtripS 05 box we offer a
rental of Internet caster technology with professional user interface for
existing and future GNSS data provider.
