Founded in 1994 Alberding GmbH focus is the field of satellite positioning,
especially for surveying, precise positioning, GIS and navigation
applications. Our business activities include the distribution and service
of GNSS systems, the development of software solutions and several services
in the field of GNSS.
A main focus of Alberding GmbH is development and distribution of system
solutions for GNSS infrastructure applications. Our modular software
components take over the control of GNSS receivers, the generation of GNSS
correction data and the management, monitoring and analysis of GNSS data.
As one of a few companies worldwide we offer a Real-Time networking software
for GNSS reference stations. For the networking and distribution of GNSS
data we recommend the Ntrip protocol. Our software solutions are designed
to run in Internet server systems. Flexible software adaptations to customer
needs is one of our strengths.
In August 2006 we replace our Real-Time DGPS service (AMDS/dGPS) with a
Internet based DGPS service (DGPS-Online). In addition to the DGPS
corrections we offer satellite ephemeris data (Assisted GPS). Online
available ephemeris shorten the time to the first position fix for users in
urban canyons.
